Anti-slip Treatments and Coatings

Providing anti-slip products and services has been one of our primary missions since Diamond Safety Concepts was established in 1991. Over the years, we have assembled a collection of products that offer unsurpassed anti-slip solutions for just about every type of floor surface in almost any type of environment.

AST/95 is a chemical treatment for ceramic and porcelain tiles. It is most effective in commercial environments where a tile floor becomes slippery when wet with water. Typical applications include pool decks, locker rooms, showers and building entryways.

Ultra-Tuff is a rubberized coating that contains rubber granules. This product offers unsurpassed traction enhancement in wet environments. Ultra-Tuff can be used almost anywhere, even under water. It can be applied to most surfaces including wood, concrete, fiberglass and metal.

Convoy Coatings come in several water-based and epoxy formulas. These coatings contain small traction enhancing granules. The finished surface texture resembles fine sandpaper. Convoy coatings are typically used in industrial environments where maximum durability is required.

Our newest product, Solid Step Cote is unique among anti-slip coatings. It is water-based and dries clear. Solid Step Cote can be applied to just about any type of surface, even natural stone or glass, without significantly altering the appearance of that surface. This product comes in four formulas with varying degrees of slip resistant textures.
