The one-inch thick Equi-Tile paver is a resilient and environmentally friendly alternative to traditional equestrian flooring materials. These soft tiles are made from 100% recycled tire rubber. They are exceptionally durable and highly resilient. Equi-Tile pavers are also slip resistant both when wet or dry. They are incredibly comfortable underfoot... for humans and livestock alike.

The Equi-Tile pavers have been specifically designed for use in  the equestrian environment. They are made from high density materials that provide excellent cushioning, without allowing permanent indentions to form.

Equi-Tile pavers feature a grid of special  drainage channels molded into the underside of each tile. The surface is water permeable and fast drying. Equi-Tile pavers are easily cleaned with a hose, broom or damp mop.

Equi-Tile is ideal for use in stalls, wash racks,  barns and breezeways. Each paver measures 24" by 24" and weighs 16.5 pounds. The larger size makes the installation easier. The heavier weight helps Equi-Tile pavers stay in place. To further promote a safe and secure installation, EMC's unique Connector Pins are available as an Equi-Tile option.

Each Equi-Tile paver has three holes drilled into the edges on all sides. These holes accommodate EMC's unique Connector Pin system. This simple system securely anchors each Equi-Tile paver to the adjacent paver. The finished installation will not readily shift or slide out of place. It is also highly resistant to "pawing".

Equi-Tile pavers, when installed with the Connector Pins, do not require adhesive. This characteristic  gives Equi-tile two significant advantages over other products that must be installed with adhesive.

One major advantage is that drainage will be greatly improved. Without adhesive blocking the drainage pathways, water can freely flow through the drainage grid on the bottom of each paver. As a result, floors covered with Equi-Tile can be more easily cleaned and kept fresh.

The other advantage is portability. An Equi-Tile floor installed with the Connector Pins can be easily disassembled and relocated. It's a simple as taking apart one of the  Tinker-Toy creations we all played with as kids.

Each Equi-Tile paver covers four square feet. They are available in Black, Terra Cotta (red); Azure (blue); Gris (charcoal gray); and Verde (green). Equi-Tile is manufactured by Environmental Molding Concepts in Marino Valley, California.

Adhesive coverage is figured at 60 sq.ft. per gallon. If connector pins are to be used, order six pins per tile, (1.5 per square foot).
