The SportPlay Mat is a 24" by 24" by 1" thick indoor / outdoor tile made from 100% post consumer recycled tire rubber. SportPlay Mats create a durable and resilient, slip resistant floor surface that can be used for many applications. These 15.5 pound tiles  are commonly used  to soften an existing surface, such as a play area or walkway. This flooring system can be installed with adhesive, or locked together using our unique, 3" Connector Pins. The connector pins allow for installations that use no adhesive which means that the flooring system can be easily disassembled and relocated to a different area. To compliment the SportPlay Mats, 4" by 48" beveled edge ramps are also available for use as a transition edge to help trim the installation and prevent a trip hazard.

In Fitness Facilities SportPlay Mats are commonly used  in free-weight areas or as a resilient flooring surface in aerobic exercise areas. SportPlay Mats are attractive, durable and easy to keep clean. Similarly, in Retirement Homes and other facilities for the elderly, SportPlay Mats are used as part of an overall plan to reduce the risk of slips and falls and lessen the chance of injury if a fall should occur. Installing SportPlay Mats in this environment is easier and less expensive than most carpeting solutions.

The EMC SportPlay Mat is very easy to install either with the adhesive or Connector Pins. The 1" thickness makes it easy to cut with a simple saw or utility knife. The 1" thick SportPlay Mats are available in Black and the four standard Solid Colors (Azure, Gris, Terra Cotta & Verde).
