With over 20 years of experience, Humane Manufacturing, of Baraboo, WI is recognized as one of the leading manufacturers of high quality recycled rubber flooring materials. Humane produces interlocking and straight sided stall mats in both all-black and colored versions. 3/8" 1/2" and 3/4" thicknesses are available with diamond or button top design. Standard mats are 4' x 6' but many other sizes are available. In tests against several other leading stall mats, Humane's TuffLok interlocking stall mats were judged to form the tightest interlocking mats of the group.

All Humane stall mats come with a 12 year warranty. They will not curl at the corners and will not harbor or grow bacteria. All Humane products are fully vulcanized for superior wear resistance. They are non-permeable and will not cold flow.

Flexgard Exact Fit interlocking stall mats are imported from Asia  These high quality vulcanized mats are produced using a high percentage of natural rubber. The natural rubber component allows the Flexgard mats to remain soft and supple in conditions where other materials can become stiff and brittle. 

Flexgard stall mat systems are made with an anti-slip "honeycomb" surface texture, They also have a 1/8" deep rib pattern molded into the underside for shock absorption and superior drainage. These 3/4" interlocking kits are produced in sizes to exactly fit the most common stall dimensions of 10' x 10', 10' x 12' and 12' x 12'. Stall kits from most other manufacturers are usually several inches smaller because material has been trimmed away to create the interlocking tabs.

Flexgard stall mats come with a 5 year warranty.

RB Rubber Products are produced in McMinnville, OR. They have distribution warehouses located throughout the U.S. Established in 1985, RB Rubber is the Pacific Northwest's oldest and largest manufacturer of recycled rubber products. 

RB's Tenderfoot stall mats are manufactured using an environmentally safe space age polymer bonding agent on a continuous press. This allows RB Rubber to offer a variety of sizes and factory sheared edges for a tighter fit. Polymer bonded Tenderfoot mats are significantly softer and offers more cushioning than mats produced using the vulcanizing process.

Tenderfoot stall mats are available in both interlocking and straight edged versions. Each of their mats is also constructed with both a textured side and smooth side offering  the flexibility to adapt to any kind of application. The softer mats are naturally more slip resistant than the harder vulcanized mats even when the smooth side is up. For the maximum in slip resistance the mats can be installed with the textured side up.

In addition to the 3/4" Tenderfoot stall mats, RB Rubber also offers a variety of other similar rubber mats in 1/2" thickness for use in trailers and a wide variety of other applications. Tenderfoot stall mats come with a 15 year warranty.

Stall Skins are lightweight, durable, easy to clean and most importantly, water permeable stall liners. Made from industrial grade, non-woven, compressed polypropylene material, Stall Skins offer a whole new way to create a clean and comfortable stall environment.

Dirt floors develop holes, which need constant leveling, and bedding is always contaminated with the dirt. Solid rubber mats help solve these problems but in turn can create problems of their own. Rubber mats are expensive, bulky, heavy to handle and can tend to shift. The biggest drawback to rubber mat systems is their inability to drain. These causes large volumes of expensive urine soaked bedding to have to be removed daily.

Stall skins are a low cost, lightweight, one-piece stall liner that will not shift in your stall. The 1/4" thick tough polypropylene stall skin fabric is water permeable, so urine and other liquids quickly drain through the liner and away from your expensive bedding. Your bedding will last longer, your horse will be cleaner and the stalls will stay level and dry. In a typical installation, bedding costs can be reduced by more than a dollar a day. In this example, the stall skin liner can pay for itself in just seven months!
