PaviGym is the newest addition to our virgin rubber athletic flooring product category. This product is imported from Spain. It is made from the highest quality virgin and recycled rubber materials. As is the case with most virgin rubber athletic flooring products, PaviGym has almost no odor.

At 90cm x 90CM, (35.43" x 35.43"), Pavigym is is a relatively large interlocking tile. Each tile covers 8.72 square feet, minimizing the number of interlocking seams while reducing the installation time. This product is available in four thicknesses that offer a wide range of impact absorption specifications.

The PaviGym design incorporates a classic jigsaw puzzle interlocking edge system. Unlike many other products, PaviGym's interlocking edges fit very tightly together, making the seams almost disappear.

All PaviGym virgin rubber fitness flooring products are made by bonding a thin layer of virgin rubber to a compression layer of lower density recycled rubber material. The low odor virgin rubber creates a colorful surface that is firm yet resilient and totally waterproof.

PaviGym is available in four styles that vary in thickness. The 5.5mm Performance tiles are suitable for most home gyms as well as for cardio and general fitness applications. The Endurance style is 7mm thick, offering increased impact absorption for free weight applications. The 9mm Motion style has even more impact absorption. Motion tiles are appropriate for group activity locations as well as for places where light dumbells, kettlebells and lightweight exercise equipment is in use. The Endurance S&S style is 22mm thick for maximum cushioning. Endurance S&S is recommended for heavy weight areas and as a means to reduce vibration and noise.

Vulcanized recycled rubber is used in the compression layer of all the PaviGym products with the exception of the 22mm thick Endurance S&S style, which uses a softer subsurface made from bonded recycled rubber granules.

PaviGym tiles are available in 16 colors. Several colors are almost always available from on-hand stock. Stocked colors include Stone Gray, Black Marble and Wengue, which is a dark brown. Not all styles are available in all colors. Non-stock colors are available by special order at a cost that is about 15% higher than the stocked colors.

The premium virgin rubber color layer common to all PaviGym fitness eliminates the problem of color transfer, which can occur with some recycled rubber fitness tiles. The PaviGym color layer also has a molded texture that is easy to clean, while providing excellent traction and slip resistance.
