Payments

All product orders must be prepaid at the time of ordering. Checks can be mailed to our office or deposited directly into our account at any Bank of America branch. We also accept Visa and MasterCard. Wire transfers, ACH payments, and fee-free transactions using Zelle or Venmo can also be arranged.

Credit card processing services have recently increased the fees charged for electronic transactions, including those with credit or debit cards. These fees vary by card and can be as high as 6.5% of the transaction value. Due to these high fees, a 3.5% processing fee will be added for credit/debit card transactions and most other types of electronic payments.

Checks must be drawn from a U.S. or Canadian bank; money orders are not accepted. Non-Canadian international customers may pay for purchases via wire transfer. Any wire transfer fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping

Most products sold by Diamond Safety Concepts are shipped to customers via common carriers. Shipping arrangements are generally made by the product’s manufacturer. Small orders are typically shipped by UPS, FedEx, or USPS, while larger orders are usually shipped by truck. Shipping quotes provided in estimates from Diamond Safety Concepts are valid for a maximum of 15 days. Orders placed after a shipping quote has expired will require a new price quote.

Most residential deliveries incur a surcharge based on the address. Liftgate service, if required, incurs an additional charge. Deliveries to commercial addresses must be open to receiving deliveries at any time during normal business hours without advance notification. Commercial addresses must also have a loading dock with a pallet jack, a customer-provided forklift, or staff available to manually unload the ordered materials.

Diamond Safety Concepts does not assume responsibility for issues related to product delivery. In the event of a problem, we will assist our customers in resolving the issue to the best of our ability; however, the ultimate responsibility for any delivery-related problems lies with the shipping company. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect all deliveries and confirm that everything is in good order. Any observed issues should be fully documented and reported to the delivery agent immediately.

 

Returns

Many products ordered from Diamond Safety Concepts may be returned for a partial refund, subject to the manufacturer’s policies. Some products may not be eligible for return. Only items in unused, resalable condition can be considered for a possible return.

It is the customer’s responsibility to understand the return policy associated with any product purchased from Diamond Safety Concepts. Returns, if allowed, will be subject to a restocking fee. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, both outbound and for the return shipment.

Warranties

Most products sold by Diamond Safety Concepts are covered by the manufacturer’s limited warranty. The manufacturer’s warranty, if any, is the only warranty associated with the products sold by Diamond Safety Concepts. Warranty coverage and the resolution of warranty claims are provided solely by the manufacturer, which retains full responsibility for all aspects of its warranty’s terms.

Diamond Safety Concepts does not offer any guarantee, warranty, or assumption of product liability. Product warranties, guarantees, or potential product liabilities are the sole responsibility of the product manufacturer.

Product Colors

Many of the products we sell are offered in a variety of color options. Whenever possible, images of the available color options are displayed on the individual product detail page. These color images are approximations. Due to die lot variations and the way these images are displayed on individual monitor screens, the actual color of any product may differ from what is shown on the Diamond Safety Concepts website.

California Prop 65 Warning

Businesses operating within the State of California are required to post a warning to their customers if there may be a chance that a product offered by the business might contain chemicals known by the State to cause cancer. While we have no evidence that any of the products offered by Diamond Safety Concepts fall into this category, we are required to post the following warning to our customers.
