PopLock Interlocking Equine Tile

The PopLock Equestrian Flooring tiles represent a new generation of recycled rubber flooring products produced by MMI in Southern California. Measuring 24″ x 24″ x 1″, these interlocking rubber tiles introduce an innovative interlocking edge technology that has become a game changer for the recycled rubber flooring industry.

The PopLock Interlocking Edge technology connects the tiles edge to edge without the need for adhesives or mechanical fasteners.

This patent-pending design functions similarly to the resealable closures found on common plastic bags.

Each edge of the PopLock tiles features an oval-shaped male ridge paired with a corresponding female groove. When these components are pressed together, they create a strong, shift-resistant connection. The tiles can be joined or separated in seconds, allowing for easy reconfiguration.

PopLock Equestrian Flooring Tiles are a denser and slightly heavier version of the popular PopLock Sports/Fitness tiles, making them suitable for various indoor and outdoor applications.

The higher-density material is designed to support greater weight, making it an excellent choice for equestrian facilities such as barns and stables. With a density of 63 pounds per cubic foot, PopLock Equestrian Flooring Tiles can easily accommodate the weight of most large animals and light vehicle traffic.

The 1-inch thickness provides maximum impact absorption, along with superior thermal and acoustic insulation. These tiles can be easily assembled and disassembled, making them ideal for applications that require frequent reconfiguration, such as covering the floors of multi-purpose event facilities or creating temporary stalls for visiting animals.

PopLock Equestrian Flooring Tiles are available in three color series options. For utility applications, the budget-friendly solid black tiles are a great choice. For those looking to add some color, ten pigmented (color-coated) versions are offered. Additionally, a wide selection of standard and custom premium EPDM color mixes is available, with color densities ranging from 10% to 60%.
