Flexgard Rubber Stall Mats

Our durable, vulcanized Flexgard Stall Mats are made in Canada from 100% recycled rubber.
These mats come in two surface textures. The popular non-slip Diamond Plate Top surface features diamond-shape raised texture and a Wide Ribbed bottom. The wide grooves molded into the bottom of each mat improve cushioning and provide a drainage pathway. Other surface textures include Hammer-Top which features a field of small round bumps and offers excellent slip resistance. Hammer-Top mats are made from premium rubber which is nearly odor-free.
Flexgard Diamond Plate Stall Mats come in both interlocking and straight-edge versions. The straight edge mats measure 4' x 6' and are 3/4" thick. The interlocking stall mat kits come in two standard sizes with finished dimensions of , 9' 7" x 11' 7" or 11' 7"' x 11' 7".
Custom configurations and be achieved by adding individual center, border or corner mat components.

Pre-Packaged 12' x 12' Quik-Fit Interlocking Stall Kits are available with the Hammer-Top Texture. The finished size of these mats are exactly 12' x 12', not slightly smaller as is the case with the Diamond Plate mats.
4' x 6' x 1/2" straight edge mat is also available. This mat has the Pebble Top texture on the surface rather than the football-shaped punter top.
Flexgard Stall Mats are made using the vulcanization process. In this process, recycled tire rubber is ground into tiny pieces and chemically melted. The liquid rubber is poured into molds where the mats are formed using carefully controlled heat and pressure.
The result is a solid block of rubber that is firm yet resilient and totally waterproof. Vulcanized stall mats offer superior durability when compared to mats produced using other methods.
In addition to the vulcanized rubber stall mats, Flexguard also offers a lightweight, portable stall mat system made from a high-density EVA foam. EVA mats are feather-light but very strong and durable. These interlocking mats measure 3' x 4' x 7/8" and come with a textured surface. The mats required to cover a 9' x 8' area weigh less than one single 4' x 6' conventional stall mat.
