PopLock Interlocking Sport Tile

The PopLock Sport tiles represent a new generation of recycled rubber flooring products, produced by MMI in Southern California. These 24″ x 24″ x 1″ interlocking rubber athletic flooring tiles feature an innovative interlocking edge technology that has become a game changer in the recycled rubber flooring industry. Other members of the PopLock interlocking tile family are available in various thicknesses and densities for decking and equine flooring applications.

PopLock’s patent-pending interlocking edge design was inspired by the mechanisms used in common resealable plastic bags. Each edge of the PopLock tiles includes an oval-shaped male ridge and a corresponding female groove. When these components are pressed together, they create a strong, shift-resistant edge connection. The tiles can be joined or separated in seconds, repeatedly.

In an industry first, interlocking transition ramps that are fully ADA compliant can be attached to any of the 1″ thick PopLock tiles. These ramps are 48″ long and 10″ wide, and factory-mitered corner pieces are also available.

PopLock Sport/Fitness Flooring Tiles are suitable for a variety of applications, making them perfect for both home and commercial gyms. The 1″ thickness provides maximum impact absorption along with superior thermal and acoustic insulation.

PopLock Sport/Fitness Flooring Tiles are available in three color series options. For utility applications, the budget-friendly solid black tiles are a great choice. For those looking to add some color, the product is offered in a variety of pigmented (color-coated) options. Additionally, a large selection of standard and custom premium EPDM color mixes is available, with color densities ranging from 10% to 40%.
