Rolled Rubber Mats

Rolled rubber mats are among the most economical options for rubber athletic flooring. These durable mats are proudly made in the USA.

Rolled rubber fitness flooring comes in thicknesses ranging from 1/8″ to 1/2″. Color options include solid black and black mixed with a variety of colored EPDM rubber granules. A standard mixture features 20% color density, although other color densities can be special ordered.

Our rolled rubber gym mats are produced in 48″ wide rolls, available in lengths of twenty-five or fifty feet. Some popular colors are also offered in 10-foot lengths. We represent several regional manufacturers across the U.S., allowing us to find the best delivered prices.

Rolled rubber mats must be installed using adhesive, which is also available from Diamond Safety Concepts. These mats can be placed over any smooth, flat subsurface, such as concrete or wood. During installation, the mats fit tightly together to minimize the visibility of seams. Additionally, the material can be easily trimmed to accommodate irregular room shapes.

Made from compression-molded recycled rubber stock, rolled rubber mats contain air pockets that provide cushioning while also making the material slightly porous. For applications where liquid absorption is not desired, the material can be sealed.

Rolled rubber products have a variety of uses. When installed in gyms, locker rooms, or other athletic facilities, they create a durable, resilient floor surface that is slip-resistant and easy to clean. Rolled rubber also offers excellent cushioning and sound absorption, making it ideal for noise and vibration attenuation applications.
