Ultra-TUFF rubberized anti-slip coatings are a state of the art, WATER BASED, SINGLE PACK acrylic/urethane copolymer with, recycled crumb rubber as an aggregate. This environmentally friendly coating is extremely durable and is designed to adhere to most substrates. This durable slip resistant coating has excellent abrasion and chemical resistance.

Ultra-TUFF is a non-skid, non-slip, safety coating, designed to improve traction and create a slip resistant surface on concrete, wood, metal, or fiberglass. The anti-slip characteristics come from the small E.P.D.M. rubber granules blended into a single component water-based resin. This product is available in 20 UV resistant colors.

This rubberized non-skid product is specifically designed for walking and driving surfaces. It is equally effective in wet or dry conditions. Ultra-TUFF is extremely weather, wear, and impact resistant. Its potential uses are unlimited, from marine, residential and aquatic applications to uses in commercial or industrial environments.

Ultra-TUFF contains no VOC’s and is odorless. The typical application thickness is approximately 30-40 mils.

Unlike epoxies, Ultra-TUFF remains very flexible after it dries, making it chip and impact resistant.This product will resist wear from foot traffic to forklift and automotive traffic. This product is non-flammable. It dries to the touch in about one hour and can be fully cured and ready for use in as little as 24 hours.

Ultra TUFF is produced in the USA. In its standard form this product can be rolled or sprayed on. No expensive equipment or complex tools are required to apply the product. For best results, the use of the special Foam Roller or a Hopper Gun is recommended.

Ultra-TUFF is designed to adhere to wood, concrete, metal, fiberglass, plastic, rubber, vinyl, and much more. For most substrates, the use of one of the Ultra-TUFF primers is recommended.
