The PopLock Equestrian Flooring tiles are the first of a new generation of recycled rubber flooring products, produced by MMI in Southern California. This 24" x 24" x 1" interlocking rubber equestrian flooring tile introduces a brand new type of interlocking edge technology which is certain to be a game changer for the recycled rubber flooring industry.
The PopLock Interlocking Edge technology attaches these tiles, edge to edge, without the use of adhesives or mechanical fasteners.
This patent pending interlocking edge design works in a way that is reminiscent of that used in some common resealable plastic bags.
On each edge of the PopLock tiles, there is an oval-shaped male ridge or a similarly shaped female groove. When these components are pressed together, a strong, shift resistant edge connection is created. These tiles can be joined together or separated in seconds, over and over again.

PopLock Equestrian Flooring Tiles are a slightly heavier and more dense version of the popular PopLock Sports / Fitness tiles. This product can be used for a variety indoor or outdoor applications.
The higher density material is designed to support more weight and is therefore a great choice for use in equestrian facilities such as barns or stables. With a density of 63 pounds per cubic foot, PopLock Equestrian Flooring Tiles can easily support the weight of most large animals as well as light vehicle traffic.
The 1" thickness provides the maximum amount of impact absorption along with superior thermal and acoustic insulation. The ease with which these tiles can be assembled and disassembled makes this product ideal for those applications which require frequent reconfiguration. Examples include covering the floors of multi-purpose event facilities or creating a temporary stall for a visiting animal.
PopLock Equestrian Flooring Tiles are offered in three color series options. For utility applications, the budget-priced solid black tiles are a great choice. For those who want to add some color, this product is offered in five pigmented, (color coated), versions, brown, gray, green, tan and terra cotta red. A large selection of standard and custom premium EPDM color mixes are also available in color densities ranging from 10% to 60%.
