The PopLock Lifting Platforms are small, island configurations, based on the PopLock Sport / Fitness tiles. PopLock Interlocking Sport / Fitness flooring tiles are the first of a new generation of recycled rubber flooring products, produced by MMI in Southern California. This 24" x 24" x 1" interlocking rubber athletic flooring tile introduces a brand new type of interlocking edge technology which is certain to be a game changer for the recycled rubber flooring industry.
The PopLock Interlocking Edge technology attaches these tiles, edge to edge, without using adhesives or mechanical fasteners.
This patent pending interlocking edge design works in a way that is reminiscent of that used in some common resealable plastic bags. On each edge of the PopLock tiles, there is an oval-shaped male ridge or a similarly shaped female groove. When these components are pressed together, a strong, shift resistant edge connection is created. These tiles can be joined together or separated in seconds, over and over again.

PopLock Sport Tiles can be assembled in many ways. When combined with interlocking transition ramps and corners, "Island" configurations can be created. We have selected some of the most popular configurations and called them Lifting Platforms, since they are typically used to provide cushioning in areas where heavy weights are often allowed to drop to the floor.
Standard Lifting Platform sizes include a 6' x 6', 6' x 8' or 8' x 8' center area surrounded by transition ramps on all sides. In an industry first, PopLock interlocking transition ramps, are fully ADA compliant. These ramps are 48" long and 10" wide. Factory mitered corner pieces are also available. When fully assembled, the transition ramps add 10 inches to the platform footprint on each edge where they have been attached.
PopLock Sport / Fitness Flooring Tiles can be used for many applications. They are perfect for use in home or commercial gyms. The 1" thickness provides the maximum amount of impact absorption along with superior thermal and acoustic insulation.
PopLock Lifting Platforms are available in three color series options. For utility applications, the budget-priced solid black tiles are a great choice. For those who want to add some color, this product is offered in eleven pigmented, (color coated), options. A large selection of standard and custom premium EPDM color mixes are also available in color densities ranging from 10% to 60%.
